At Phillox, customer satisfaction is important to us.
Returns
Due to the nature of personal care and cosmetic products, opened or used products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.
Eligible Returns
Returns may be accepted if:

The product is damaged during delivery.

The wrong product was delivered.

The product is defective upon arrival.
To request a return, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos or videos as proof.
Refund Process
Once the return request is approved and verified, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided for:

Change of mind

Incorrect product selection by the customer

Used or opened products

Delayed results from cosmetic or hair care products
Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped. Once shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
